Suggestions for tending to your bodies needs without a massage therapist.
- Magnesium
- Serrapeptase
- Ice (10 - 20 min), Heat (10-20 min), Stretch, Ice (10-20 min)
- Use a ball in a tube sock for trigger points
- Theracane for trigger points
- Stay hydrated

Like many, I have been unable to work during the Covid-19 pandemic and have been making face masks for those in the front line. For those of us who don't sew for a living and are currently spending a lot of time in our craft rooms, having an ergonomic set-up makes a huge difference.
