Here are some stretches to combat over using hands and arms. Also, there are some lower leg stretches and finger stretches to help your body forgive all of the repetitive use.

Like many, I have been unable to work during the Covid-19 pandemic and have been making face masks for those in the front line. For those of us who don't sew for a living and are currently spending a lot of time in our craft rooms, having an ergonomic set-up makes a huge difference.
